Once registered, Virtual Agents then review and select the client opportunity that works best for them and takes a certification course that will prepare them to provide customer support for that client.

 

Upon successful completion of the certification course, Virtual Agents sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity. 

As a Service Partner, you provide customer support services from the comfort of your home – creating your own schedule and having the freedom and flexibility to spend more time with your family, work outside of your home – or whatever makes you happy.

 

When using the platform, you are your own boss. You are not an employee of Arise or of the client(s) you service.
